Jim Collier > 20070311a-2: infrared.  Richardson and San Francisco bays from Mt. Tamalpais.  (Didn't realize until uploaded that this is slightly blurry, but good enough for comparison.)  Note the well-known white vegetation effect, and the dark opaque water.  Not to mention the fact that you can see all the way to San Jose and to the hills well beyond, which is no small feat from Mt. Tam in the north bay!  Oakland Airport stands out (upper left) well, but mainly because it's spring and the vegetation around the runways are in full chlorophyll production.
